We had a super positive experience with this company. Very quick to respond to messages left, was able to get an appointment pretty quickly, the technician who came out was very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. The cost of the repair on our fridge wasn’t unreasonable and the technician was frank about repairing vs replacing and what to expect with the repair. Realistic expectations were presented and set! We would most definitely use this company again if the need arose!

My wife and I had a major issue with the heating and timer on our Maytag dryer. It was running very hot and not turning off. It was a fire hazard. Smart Appliance Repair was dispatched and the timeliness and professionalism we received was outstanding. They came out at the appointed time to troubleshoot the problem. There was a part which needed to be ordered and within 4 business they had the part, and installed with the dryer running flawlessly. The repair person was very professional and experienced, and fixed the dryer quickly. While we hope all our appliances run flawlessly, when we do have a problem our first call will be to Smart Appliance Repair. Thanks you!
